    “User” – Any person who uses the website, browses it, and provides any details therein, whether by manually entering such details or whether such details are collected automatically by the website’s electronic systems.
    “The Website” – The Company’s website at: https://kedma-nadlan.com/ and/or any other address as may be updated from time to time.
    “Information” and/or “Personal Information” – Any information defined under the Law as “personal information” or “information of special sensitivity,” including personal details, documents, images, data, addresses, telephone and mobile numbers, email addresses, first names, last names, and the like.

Information Security

  1. Kedma Real Estate employs advanced digital tools and security systems to protect personal information and reduce the risk of unauthorized access. However, complete security cannot be guaranteed when using the internet.

  2. The User is advised that information security also depends on how the User protects their own electronic devices and safeguards them from cyber threats.

  3. While Kedma Real Estate makes every effort to protect information stored in its databases, it shall not be liable for information leaked or stolen due to illegal activities. Acceptance of this policy constitutes a waiver of claims against the Company in this regard.

  4. In any other case where damage is caused to the User or a third party due to disclosure of information beyond the Company’s control or due to force majeure, Kedma Real Estate shall not be liable. Acceptance of this policy constitutes a waiver of claims against the Company.

General Provisions

  1. Any dispute or violation related to use of the Website, whether in Israel or abroad, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jerusalem, and Israeli law shall apply.

  2. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Company’s decisions, applicable law, and regulatory requirements. Updates will be published on the Website.

  3. As stated above, the User may review, correct, or request deletion of their personal information.
